為何現場進度感覺沒有適當管控?
可能原因有幾點:
1.
缺乏完整的/合理的整體進度表
2.
欠缺詳細的短期/週進度表
3.
現場工作的計畫/安排, 與預定進度表, 缺少了互動式的關聯性
呈現的工具 –
1.
缺少呈現出實際進度與預定進度之間的差距 – 用來提醒相關的人注意進展, 以及發 現問題之所在.
Why does the project site progress appear to feel not properly controlled?
There are several possible reasons:
1. Lack of a complete/reasonable overall schedule, base-line schedule.
2. poor quality of short-term/weekly schedule, lack of details of activities.
3. The plan/arrangement of site works, and the scheduled activities, have inadequate interactive and relevance
Tools for presenting –
1. have no proper tools for providing the gaps between the actual progress and the schedule,and shown and reminding the relevant people to pay attention to the progress and find the issue of delaying.
