Start the extra "well points" for de-watering
As the underground water level does not drop down to the expected level, the drilling machine back to site for adding extra well points inside of the excavation area.

在建造階段, 因為預埋管路來不及做整合及出設計圖, 因此有個原則說, 變電站首重功能, 可以採用明管. 不過, 明管的設計與整合, 似乎就不被重視了. 因此出現牆面上佈滿各式管路, 還幾乎排不下 - 重疊,跨越,... 甚至, 遮蔽了燈具或更改電盤位置或管路路徑
